Regular season held in winter and spring. The cup is held in 7 stages, the winner receives a challenge cup. In these competitions, the teams progress and develop as they approach the National Championship of Cyprus, which takes place in summer and autumn. The Cup is notable for its democratic nature, it is used by beginner teams to gain experience.
