December 2019 first stage of Cyprus FAREAST 28R Winter Series will take place in Limassol, and will be hosted by Cyprus International Sailing Club at New Limassol Marina.

We are happy to announce the first Cyprus FAREAST 28R Winter Series that will be hosted by Cyprus International Sailing Club in beautiful Limassol Marina. Participation is open for experienced sailors and novices.
Cyprus FAREAST 28R Winter Series is a three stage regatta during mild Cyprus winter. Each stage is a 4-day sailing experience: training session on the day one and three days of competitive racing.
Competitors will be racing on 6 FAREAST 28R One Design boats in the waters of Akrotiry bay.

PARTICIPATION Monofleet: 6 yachts FAREAST 28R Teams: 6 teams The number of crew members: 6 - 7 persons Participation fee/entry fee: €870 per yacht up to 7 person, per one stage €2479 per yacht up to 7 person, per 3 (three) stages Refundable damage deposit: €500 (for CISC club members is not required) Prize fund for winners: €6000 for three stages (€2000 per one stage) * The Entry fee should be applied and paid until 15.10.2019. |

FOUR FLEET — 6 FAREAST 28R ONE DESIGN FAREAST 28R racing keelboat combines the experiences and accumulated techniques of European Design Office Simonis Voogd and Far East Boats. It is a well-designed, easy to handle and high performance uniform class racing sailboat. Even with a length of 28 feet, FAREAST 28R can easily reach the maximum speed of 20 knots.
